This month, we’re thrilled to introduce not one, but TWO fabulous speakers who will be sharing their knowledge, experience and lessons from the property world.
Barry White
Barry White is an experienced property investor, trainer and mentor, a Master NLP Practitioner and social psychologist. He is the Amazon No.1 bestselling author of The Psychology of Property Negotiation and has trained thousands of property investors across the UK.
His training career includes working with leading names in the industry, including Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad Education, BBC Homes Under the Hammer presenter Martin Roberts, and former England and Liverpool footballer Robbie Fowler’s Property Academy. Barry also studied NLP with its co-founder, Dr Richard Bandler.
Through his training and mentoring, Barry combines practical property experience with a deep understanding of communication, influence and decision-making, helping investors build rapport, negotiate with confidence and get more offers accepted.
Sue Wesby – Property Developer, Investor & Award-Winning Mentor
Sue left the corporate world in 2022 to pursue her passion for property and hasn’t looked back.
Since then, she has completed successful flips, serviced accommodation, completed an assisted sale where she lives in Northamptonshire and is now also building a Buy-to-Let portfolio in the North East. Sue also won the Mentor of the Year Award in the Paseda 360 National Coaching Awards in February, after being nominated for her property coaching she also now undertakes.
At the October Property Meet Sue will share how she has started to look at how she is structuring deals and adapting as the market is changing— plus will share the lessons she has learned along the way.
