Kayleigh and Mark Gavin are the founders of WMS Properties Limited, a Cheshire-based property development company specialising in creating safe, functional and high-quality homes for people with complex additional needs. Working closely with care providers, local authorities and registered housing partners, they focus on transforming underused properties into homes that genuinely improve lives. Seth Osborne
Seth Osborne is the founder and senior heating engineer at The Thermal Heat Company Ltd, a Derby-based heating and renewable heating specialist.
Seth started his career as a heating engineer and has built his experience across gas, plumbing, heating design, boilers, cylinders, underfloor heating and renewable heating systems. Today, his work focuses heavily on the design and installation of efficient heating systems, including air source heat pumps.
His approach is practical and design-led. Rather than simply replacing one appliance with another, Seth looks at the whole property, the heat loss, the controls, the emitters, the hot water demand and the way the building is actually used.
At The Thermal Heat Company, Seth and his team help homeowners, landlords, developers and property investors make better decisions about heating systems, with a focus on comfort, reliability, long-term running costs and return on investment.
