Gillian is a highly experienced Property Investor and Wealth Dynamics (WD) expert, with over 40 years’ involvement in the property sector. She has been part of the Genius Group since 2009 and plays a key role in certifying new Wealth Dynamics Flow Consultants, as well as leading monthly training sessions for existing consultants.
Working closely with property investors, Gillian delivers Wealth Dynamics sessions for individuals, couples, families, and teams, helping them better understand their natural strengths, decision-making styles, and how to build scalable property businesses aligned with their profiles.
Alongside her property background, Gillian brings a strong track record in Business Transformation, having lived and worked across five continents. She now combines this experience with her knowledge of AI and emerging technologiesto help property investors and SMEs future-proof their businesses and systems.
Gillian and her husband, Steve, have been immersed in property for more than four decades and have been active members of Dan Hill’s Property Entrepreneur and Simon Zutshi’s PIN communities for the past four years. They are also co-authors of Wealth Dynamics for Property Investors with Simon Zutshi.
