The first ever Derby Property Meet live event was launched on 11th May 2022 and was a huge success. We had an debut event which was very well attended by property professional from all across the region. 30+ people listened to our amazing partners, were inspired by our speakers and got lots of opportunities to network with like minded people. There was a real buzz in the air!!

First up were introductions to our Partners; Nelsons Solicitors, Signature Financial Services and Houseshare Heroes. Our partners are experts in their field and will be with us each month to provide industry updates and advice. 

We had two amazing speakers in the form of Andy Watts and Jane Davis who were on hand to inspire all with their amazing stories and property journeys.

Jane shared her passion for commercial conversions; self taught, Jane shared some top tips she’s learnt along the way! 

Andy and partners have completed some impressive new build developments in the heart of Nottingham and now run highly successful Serviced accommodation in the cities lace market. 

Thank you to all the partners, speakers, volunteers and delegates who attended, it was great to spend time networking together and we look forward to our next event on Wednesday 8th June.
