Main Speaker – Ritchie Clapton

Ritchie has been involved in property development for almost 40 years, and as co-founder of propertyCEO, he coaches both novice and experienced property developers how to create substantial returns from small-to-medium scale developments.

Ritchie’s development pedigree speaks for itself. A structural engineer by profession, he’s not only worked on hundreds of new-build, commercial and industrial conversion projects, he’s also trained and mentored countless developers and property professionals during his long career in the industry.

A business coach and strategist, he built up one of the country’s leading structural engineering firms and was appointed by the government as peer review engineer for the London 2012 Olympic Stadium.

Today Ritchie and his business partner Ian Child head up propertyCEO, one of the country’s most exclusive property development training companies.

Second Speaker – Fabienne Miler

Fabienne is a Property Stylist for investment properties to make them really stand out, attract people and ultimately max out the return of her clients. She specialised in short stay accommodation and HMOs 

Her vision is simple: To create places where people want to be!

-She is an international award winner of the Home Staging Best transformation in 2022

-She is the owner of Fabienne Interiors who offers remote design and consultation to help with colour scheme, decorating plan and shopping list

Main Speaker – Anthony Bailey-Grice

Anthony Bailey-Grice is the Managing Director of LNPG, the Landlords National Purchasing Group. Having fallen through university with a degree in English and Creative Writing, Anthony found himself sitting in the contracts division of one of the UK’s biggest manufacturers – suddenly responsible for generating millions of pounds worth of business in one of the most secretive, political, and misunderstood divisions in business today.

As the years passed, Anthony decided life would be much easier as a customer and joined forces with a burgeoning buying group of property investors, known as LNPG. Today LNPG stands as the largest buying group for private landlords in the UK, having spent more than £20 million as a group last year alone.

In his talk, Anthony will break down the secrets of contract pricing that have locked property investors out of the game for decades and show you in black and white where and how you can make thousands of pounds in long and short-terms savings by leveraging the buying power of over 5,500 landlords.

Jane and John Mottram

Jane and John Mottram have an award-winning Serviced Accommodation business – Spires Accommodation: 

Jane tells us, ‘I started the SA business when I retired, and John followed a couple of years later when he finished his ‘day job’.  We had worked with lettings agents and John in social housing previously, although my background is with Virgin Vie, as Executive Area Sales `manager for their cosmetics brand.  

We now have over 6 year’s experience and are not necessarily the biggest, but we strive to be different.  Our interior designs are not the norm in the industry, and neither is our mentoring and we are happy to help anyone looking at Serviced Accommodation.

Our goal for the future is to expand into Aparthotel’s and also luxury holiday accommodation with specialist facilities.’
