Mike first got into property way back in 1991 when he bought a house that he rented out, effectively living rent free. He has gone on to develop his knowledge to build a portfolio of over 20+ properties, ranging from BTL, HMOs, commercial conversions and lease options. Having survived and thrived through the 2007 financial crash, Mike continues to be a successful full time property investor and mentor.
Fiona Gavin
Fiona started her property investment journey in unlikely fashion after a uncovering and acting on a random lease option opportunity on the street on which she lived, since then she has been investing in property for over 10 years and has experience in BMV deals, lease options and JVs and recently began to focus full time on property investing.
